Cissy has never been  afraid of bright colors and over the top designs, and she is, decidedly, in her element, wearing this striking ensemble, made of silk charmeuse and glorious old lace. She believes, it suits her personality to perfection. After all, her motto has always been VENE VIDI VICI.
